This site is used to request an investigation of an incident where the CareView System did not behave as expected and the events surrounding an incident cannot be satisfactorily determined from the Patient Event History or the Bed Event History.
A report outlining our investigation findings should be provided to the indicated receiver within a week. Should your organization have an urgent need for the report before this timeframe, please contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for assistance.
Are you a supervisor? If yes, have you reviewed the Room/Bed Event History and still need additional details for the event that occurred? If yes, then Submit Event. "Where the form asks for your email address, please indicate the email of the person who is to receive the report"
Note: If you have not reviewed the Room/Bed Event History, please do so prior to submitting an event. For your convenience, the instructions for accessing the Bed Event History are below:
- Log into CareView
- Choose appropriate facility (top right corner) if there are multiple options.
- Click on "Reports" and select "Bed Event History"
- Select a date range and bed that corresponds to the incident under review.
- Select PDF under File Type
- Click "Generate Report"
If you are not a supervisor, did your supervisor request an event be submitted? If yes, then Submit Event. Please add who should receive the report at the bottom of the submission page.
Note: In case your supervisor did not request an event submission, please follow your organization’s policy to notify your supervisor.
